At Lucky & Me, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in unwashed condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
